Between the GRE scores c. 1991 and the GRE scores c. 2011? The new GRE will be graded on a scale of 130-170? This will reduce the variance in the scores and, unfortunately, reduce the signal-noise ratio in the scores. There seems to have been a trend in the past ten years of moving away from the standardized test scores as a metric for admission to graduate school. I am fairly agnostic about that, but my experience is that the scores on the GRE/GMAT are fairly good indicators of overall success in graduate school.
