The University of Tennessee football program violated NCAA regulations when:
"a fog machine was used as a recruit entered the field at Neyland Stadium during his official visit on jan. 9. Under NCAA recruiting rules, schools are prohibited from simulating a game experience for recruits during official visits."
I have news for the NCAA, a fog machine is NOT a simulation of a game at Neyland Stadium. If they had 100,000+ extras in the stands screaming their heads off, that would have been a simulation.
The NCAA regulations are about as complicated as the U.S. tax code - this is just one more example.
