MSNBC.com has 20 questions - I scored 100% but I guessed on the question pertaining to the INS form.
Many of the questions seem to pertain more to history than citizenship. I think it is important that people know that Congress declares war, not the President. However, I wonder whether it is deeply important for good citizenship to know that Patrick Henry said "Give me liberty or give me death."
Here are a few questions I would include:

Which best describes the federalist system? [A system of government in which power is divided between a central government and the government of each state.]
