No bubble in Texas

In the recent Southwest Economy by the Dallas Fed is this graph of housing prices in the United States and Texas.

A good example of what happens in real estate markets when the housing supply is not constrained. Here in Texas there is a lot of open space that can be filled with houses, unlike Savannah or San Francisco.
