This Advertising Age story discusses how the new chairman of Coca-Cola refrained from using the word "carbonated" during a recent conference call, instead stating that Coca-Cola is "sparkling." Evidently non-carbonated drinks are now considered "still drinks."
Isn't sparkling associated with wine? If my brother reads this, perhaps he can post a short comment on what exactly is "sparkling wine."
