We spent a billion dollars and all we got was this lousy picture?!
NASA spent a billion dollars trying to fix the foam insulation problem that brought down Columbia. What a statement to the inefficiency of the bureauacracy that is NASA.
I am a big fan of manned space flight and even a fan, for the most part of the little guy at NASA, but the agency is simply too bloated and too cumbersome.
